etón guarantees its products to be free of defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the date of original purchase for the original purchaser. During this warranty period, etón or an authorized etón Service Facility will provide, free of charge, both parts and labor necessary to correct defects in materials or workmanship. To qualify for warranty repair, you will be required to provide proper documentation that indicates the original date or purchase. If such documentation cannot be provided, then it is at the sole discretion of etón to determine the warranty period and authorize the warranty repair. If your product is not functioning properly, first contact our Customer Support Department at US Toll-Free number 1-800-872-2228 and Canada Toll-Free Number 1-800-637-1648 who may be able to assist you in returning the product to proper working condition. If they cannot assist you, they will be able to issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number over the telephone as well as provide instructions on how to submit your product for repair.
